If you wish to return a building to its original condition, restoring is the process. A restoration is fixing up a room or rooms without changing their use. Some areas may be beyond repair, so be prepared to make some changes. New mechanical or structural improvements may be needed. In the event of storm damage or devastation by fire – shown by the photo to the left, our team works with historic preservation agencies to follow neighborhood guidelines for rebuilding – demonstrated by the picture at the top. It’s the same structure.
